Young digital media and content companies will be pitching their plans to panels of venture capitalists Tuesday at the Digital Media Venture Summit, put on by iHollywood Forum. The startups will make five-minute presentations, while an audience of VCs and strategic investors will be polled electronically on whether they are worthy of funding or partnerships (no gong for the rejects, unfortunately).

The judges hail from Motorola Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Best Buy Co.'s corporate development unit and Intel Capital, to name a few.

I'll be there to cover the panels, keynotes and pitches from Fenwick & West LLP's Mountain View, Calif., headquarters. —Olaf de Senerpont Domis
