In a conference call, Sirius CEO Mel Karmazin announced that the Sirius "Stiletto," the company's first fully-portable receiver/digital audio player, will hit the market by the end of August. Karmazin first unveiled the receiver at The Deal's Convergence 2.0 conference in June (pictured at left).

No price has been announced for the device and no firm release date was set. I'm excited to see the new portable, but it's going to have to blow me away to get me to invest in another receiver less than a year after I bought the S50. — Brian Ward
