Tehuti Networks

Tehuti Networks Ltd., a maker of semiconductors that accelerate TCP-IP network processing, has completed a second venture round of undisclosed size. ProSeed Venture Capital Fund of Tel Aviv was the lead investor, while Ron Lachman of Lachman Goldman Ventures of Northbrook, Ill., contributed additional money. Founded in Israel with additional offices in Austin, Texas, and Taipei, Tehuti Networks announced a $4.2 million Series A round that included Alice Ventures of Milan and affiliate incubator Alice Lab of Tel Aviv in June 2005.

Sustainable Life

Environmentally-oriented media firm Sustainable Life Media Inc. of Burlingame, Calif., has completed a Series A round of funding of undisclosed size. Individual investors led by William Cobert, the CEO of business-to-business media holding company Ebidta Media of Los Angeles, joined in the round. Others included former Tom's Hardware Inc. chief executive Omid Rahmat and Kevin Jones of Good Capital of San Francisco.

SugarCRM

Inside investors have provided a $20 million Series D round to open-source customer management software SugarCRM Inc. of Cupertino, Calif. New Enterprise Associates of Menlo Park, Calif. led the latest round, while Draper Fisher Jurvetson of Menlo Park and Walden International of San Francisco provided additional capital. SugarCRM has raised $46 million since 2004, including an $18.77 million third round in October 2005.


TurnHere

Online video producer TurnHere Inc. of Emeryville, Calif., announced external funding for the first time, revealing a $7.5 million round from Venrock of Menlo Park, Calif., and Hearst Interactive Media of New York. Initially launched in 2006 as a travel video site, TurnHere now produces videos for a variety of media customers. Cascadia Capital LLC was TurnHereÕs financial adviser. n
