On its march toward a billion funded, Draper Fisher Jurvetson announced the launch of a new franchise in London today. The Silicon Valley firm has invested an undisclosed amount into Esprit, a venture capital firm created through the merger of Cazenove Private Equity and Prelude Ventures.

DFJ previously had a presence in London via DFJ ePlanet Ventures, before the two sides parted ways.
