Quick Take: It's a cool feature going after a huge market. Management team led by Gibu Thomas is solid and energetic (see
picture below). But this isn't defensible. I'm unclear how a company can be built around synchronizing and backing up digital photos when there is oh so much clutter in this segment. Sure, it could be applied to other areas of digital media, but by then it could be too late to target that. Sub-$50 million trade sale to HP or Yahoo! is the most likely exit. — Joshua Jaffe
