Intel Capital remains the most significant corporate venture capitalist by a longshot. So, its CEO Summit in Carlsbad this week is garnering a lot of attention.

Aside from announcing six new investments, the chip giant has angel investor Ram Shriram and Best Buy CEO Brad Anderson keynoting. Portfolio company CEOs, customer executives, venture capitalists and Intel business line executives and Intel Capital investors comprise the 400 in the audience at the annual event.
