Quick Take: Combining the words 'respect' and 'acceptance' yields a surprisingly weird name. On the plus side, Respectance's target market of online memorials will never go out of fashion. The site is basically Geocities for dead people and it serves a useful purpose. Virtual goods and subscriptions should provide a steadily growing income. The challenge for Respectance will be establishing itself as the leader. With few barriers to entry, there will be lots of competition for this market. And the one that establishes an early lead will have the marketing muscle to attract the most users.
