I'll be on CNBC's Power Lunch show Monday morning at around 10:30 PST /1:30 EST talking about the IPO market for technology companies. Some of the discussion will be based around an article that appeared in last week's edition of The Deal about the tough time that venture capitalists and startup executives are having due to the challenging IPO market.

It's not all bad news out there, though.

These technology companies are expected to price their IPOs this week:

1) DivX
2) CommVault
3) Riverbed Technology
