Sequoia Capital general partner Michael Moritz provided a simple but useful tip to fellow venture capitalists attending last week's iMeme conference in San Francisco. When asked how a venture capital firm can best manage the conflict between founding, older and newer partners, he said:
"The way to stay in business is not to kill each other. At Sequoia, we've had a lot of camp fires and Kumbaya."
